I was working with Eugene in January 2021 for 3 months. I will start with the type of lifestyle I was used to, I was in 16/8 type of meal plan and was thinking it is the best scenario for my body, but I ruined my metabolism with that. Therefore, I feel that I am obliged to share - to fulfill my duty to Allah!
I can drink coffee with the guys from Almaty and share my impressions with my own eyes.
Yesterday it was the same like for most people: home, work and the shopping/entertainment center but today I have already conquered Kilimanjaro.
The technique is unique in that you lose weight not by starving, but by increasing your metabolism, which wakes up everything all the processes that has already begun to fall asleep.
A new diet, you don't starve at all, but you lose weight - in my case it was like that, I can't say for others. At the beginning, I couldn't walk 15,000 steps a day, but now I don't even notice how and when I managed to walk them - just 15,000 steps built in on their own into my rhythm.
By the way, for the first time I felt a complete satisfaction from myself slender, when I realized in my soul that the trajectory of soaping the stomach has changed dramatically and here is the insight - I'm handsome! I recommend it to everyone, but the decision is yours!

I weighed 94 kg, with a blood pressure 165/96, pulse 74, all the ensuing consequences: pre-stroke condition, insomnia, poisoning my body with medication in order to bring myself back to normal.
After the programme I already weighed 74 kg with a blood pressure 118/82, pulse 51, all the ensuing consequences: great sleep, libido, and all other positive effects you can imagine.
The key to success:
1) Realize what you need in life, choose what will please you in life, what to live with, and how to live well.
2) Pay your personal money for yourself, for your health. If you don't spend it yourself, you won't be responsible, this is another argument!

My problem was that I love unhealthy food too - baked goods, french fries, burgers etc. Other issue was - I don't have the knowledge on how my body reacts to food - its quantity, frequency of intake and composition. And last but not least - I was constantly tired, bloated, sleepy and moody after my meals and throughout the day.
I started working with Eugene, and didn't expect to lose a lot of weight, but I was hopeful. It was very hard in the beginning - I was battling my resistance to change my patterns. Eugene was firm on shifting my meal choices. I knew that a real transformation will be painful, but nothing is as painful as being stuck where you don't want to be.
Every other day I got amazing lectures that supported my thirst for knowledge on the topic of biology, chemistry, psychology, sport, motivation and true healthy living. Everyday I got support from Eugene with making the best food choices for my body and mind. I even had the opportunity to still eat things that I like (but are not 100% healthy) - just in smaller quantities.

Twice I tried to lose weight by intermittent fasting once in a week for 36 hours, to tell the truth it worked out quite well but what you feel during fasting know only you and God. In addition, your performance during the day goes too down, you cannot concentrate on any specific matter, your mood is also down, literally you look awful during this time interval. Also I want to say one more thing - on empty stomach you cannot even sleep so don’t deceive yourself by wrong thoughts that you can sleep like 12 hours out of 36, it doesn’t work) God bless poor people who starve half of their life. What happened after these two my attempts to lose weight, nothing the lost body weight came back in doubled form, then I realized as much as you restrict yourself from calories as much the body tries to keep it when it receives calories, guess in what type? Yes, in Fat. It was my short history that brought me to this program. Here I learnt how to eat properly, how not to mix food, what is the right time to eat different food and much much more. You will eat healthy food, in fairly amount, full of all micro nutrients and what is surprisingly it is delicious. You will try to diversify your meal, so you will encounter the new world of food market. You will just eat and lose weight at the same time. What I strongly recommend is to be patient, follow the plan and relax, because all responsibly is on your mentor, just believe and trust and let your perfect body to come.

For me as a woman, having emotions and food strongly connected, this was very crucial to achieve my goal. Since then, we reached our goal every time, exactly as we planned: two times after pregnancies, from 70 to 57, within 2.5 months. Last time, when I was already in my normal BMI, 170 cm tall and 57, I decided to push even further for "better fitted myself" and finally wrap up and cement all my knowledge in "right eating" - I call it very balanced and healthy eating. I don't call it diet, because you are not starving, it's not difficult. It's a whole game of habit change. The Programme lasted 10 weeks and had an exclusively personal approach: Eugene did some initial analysis in the very beginning to ascertain what my issues may be. After we started, I had some daily routine which I had to follow: min. amount of steps/ hours of sleep/ litres of water and food combinations. I should admit that I struggled with constant food preparation, especially in the beginning; it was quite an achievement when I overcame it and the result followed. After 10 weeks I lost 7 kilos, and what was even more important, my BMI reduced by 3% and I gained 0.5 of muscles (wow!). All the processes within the body were explained in detail at each step; more than that, Eugene kept monitoring what I do and eat every day notwithstanding the time of my message to him.
In short, what I learnt is that diets never work; it is lifestyle that matters. It's like working throughout a year without any break hoping that those two weeks of holiday will work wonders and make difference. That fact that you could eat variety of foods not to kill yourself at the gym really appealed to me. And your sense of humor is a separate bonus (you can pay extra for it)
