I work with everyone individually, so I can only manage a limited number of clients at the same time.

You are prepared for an intensive work (both physical and psychological) and are fully ready to trust a professional to strictly follow the program and instructions for a month. This program is a more intense version of the 7 Steps to Dream Body with higher requirements for number of steps, sports and more food restrictions. Everything is results oriented! But don't worry, you will not starve and spend numerous hours in the gym either.

Goal: to maximize fat loss in 1 month without harm to health and obtaining basic knowledge about nutrition and lifestyle.
Who is it for: for someone who needs the results ASAP and is motivated for hard work
Additional “pumping” of knowledge, skills and abilities of 7 Steps graduates. Achieve unachieved or quickly return to the "system". This program works on a different methodology.
Goal: to develop a sustainable practical skill of self-control, awareness and retention of the result
