Scientific fact: not a single body can lose more than 3-3.5 kg (maximum 4 kg) per month. Of course, it all depends on the client. I'm sure you will agree you that there is a difference between a 110 kg man and a 56 kg woman. In the first case, at the beginning of the program, a man can lose more than 4 kg (but not more than 5 kg) in a month, because excess fluid will leave with excess glycogen. But after a month and a half, subject to following all the recommendations, we can talk about losing on average of 3-4 kg per month. Again, the process of weight loss is extremely rarely smooth and stable. There is a so-called "plateau" or stagnation. And that is exactly when the skill and knowledge of an expert is needed: to correctly determine the reason and to quickly and professionally respond.
Regarding the 56 kg woman: in her case, the results will be considered successful from losing 1.5 kg to 2 kg per month.
Please, do not forget that the number of kgs on the scale is a bad indicator of KPI. We need to look into changing a body composition: reducing the fat mass and maintaining the muscle mass. To do this, at the very beginning of the program, I recommend doing a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) (a measurement of a body composition) for all clients. The client should do it twice: before and after the program to receive a detailed information on how his/her body has changed during these 2.5 months.
The loss of body fat will be expressed in, the maximum possible in this case, reduction of your size and volume and getting rid of problem areas (stomach, hips, waist, etc.).
