We are all very different human beings. That's why for each individual we need to find a key, both from psychological and nutritional points of view and also consider your individual characteristics, such as lifestyle and others. In terms of physiology, I use an extremely effective classification of bodies into following types: ectomorphs, mesomorphs and endomorphs. In a nutshell: if you are a mesomorph, but eat like an endomorph, it will be very difficult for you to be in shape.
A separate and very important subject is your health condition. I recommend to take a number of tests that are critical for our goal. They will be analyzed and taken into account while creating a custom-made program for you.
The main condition for burning fat is high metabolism. Everything that we will be doing in the program will be aimed at increasing the metabolic rate. Your nutrition is 80% of the total success.
It is extremely important to correctly determine your somatotype and create a nutrition program. You should not and will not experience hunger, deprivation and feeling "I cannot eat anything, I'm on a diet."
The most important fact about the sleep is that we burn fat during this process. We lose weight while we sleep. Nobody can and will not achieve anything without sleep. Walking is the best fat killer.
