Allow me to introduce you to the project which I dedicate my life to with great pleasure. I believe that one of the most important components of happiness is doing what you love and have passion for. And I'm quite lucky here.

By the age of 40, I have gained enormous social experience and deep knowledge in many areas. For over than 6 years I have been successfully engaged in personal clients' support who would like to go through their body transformation. However, my personal mission is not only in making you slimmer. It has a deeper sense.

What makes my program different from the rest available on the market?
We are deeply working on these key points to make the program easier and your results better. I will reveal my personal motivation and what makes the program so effective at the end of the article.

The main difference and advantage is that we do not simply use the term "to lose weight" as it's not scientific. Just going for the "numbers" on the scales, chasing the number of kilograms is an amateur approach that becomes quite dangerous for your health. Instead, we will concentrate on the body composition: reducing the percentage of fat in your body and at the same time maintaining muscle mass.

This is the correct, healthy and scientific solution to the problem. Fat is the aspect the deteriorates the appearance and health. Muscles are your "base", which you cannot lose. You need to get in shape in a smart and professional way and that is why all the recommendations in the program are based only on the latest scientific research of the highest evidence (Borghetto evidence scale). Thus, we measure the results not with scales, but with a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) of body composition.
Clarification to Chart 1: The acceptable rate of correct weight loss without harm to health is 1% of your total weight per week. Thus, if you weigh 80 kg do not count on losing more than 8 kg in 2.5 months.
Please note that the weight cannot go away evenly. There will definitely be “flats and corrections”.
I really managed to implement a successful system that helps creating a beautiful, healthy body and at the same time allowing to maintain the results in the future.

Clarification to Chart 2: The correct way to measure results is to reduce fat %. Without harm to health your body can lose no more than 1.5% of fat per month. If your body fat % at the beginning of the program was 30%, then at the end of the program, while being most effective, it will be a maximum of 26.5%. I think you will not argue that everything "comes from your head". All our actions, including: eating away your emotions, mental breakdowns, gaining extra kilograms of excess weight, imaginary "weakness and lack of will", craving for sweets - 50/50 depends on psychology and your diet.

My practical experience leads to such ratio. We will definitely consider and solve these 50% of the psychological aspects of your case. Believe me, it will be a very interesting process and FUN ride!

We are all very different human beings. That's why for each individual we need to find a key, both from psychological and nutritional points of view and also consider your individual characteristics, such as lifestyle and others. In terms of physiology, I use an extremely effective classification of bodies into following types: ectomorphs, mesomorphs and endomorphs. In a nutshell: if you are a mesomorph, but eat like an endomorph, it will be very difficult for you to be in shape.

A separate and very important subject is your health condition. I recommend to take a number of tests that are critical for our goal. They will be analyzed and taken into account while creating a custom-made program for you.
The main condition for burning fat is high metabolism. Everything that we will be doing in the program will be aimed at increasing the metabolic rate. Your nutrition is 80% of the total success.

It is extremely important to correctly determine your somatotype and create a nutrition program. You should not and will not experience hunger, deprivation and feeling "I cannot eat anything, I'm on a diet."
The most important fact about the sleep is that we burn fat during this process. We lose weight while we sleep. Nobody can and will not achieve anything without sleep. Walking is the best fat killer. The more active and mobile you are, the better and faster your result is. I help to set up all these components even for the busiest people. The most important thing is desire and with that everybody find opportunities. Please trust my 6 years of experience.
At one of the scientific and practical conferences, my report on the scientific aspects of different types of praise and its role in motivating clients was specially highlighted. In many circumstances we all need a qualified, experienced partner to help get through a difficult part of the path. He will direct, support, teach, advise, control and if necessary will cheer up. Some clients joke with me: "Eugene, you are my outer conscience".
This step goes last. Surprised? You will not need to run in the morning and "suffer" in the gym. In general, sport is an important and necessary part but it does not lead to weight loss at all. I will inform you in the program what sports activities we will be doing.

The first 3 days I will be collecting the information about you: What you usually eat and drink, when and how much; Your lifestyle: sleep, number steps taken during the day and other points; Blood tests, body measurements, survey, physical tests, somatotype determination

Technical aspect of the program:
We use one of the available messengers. You will be sending the photos of food and other information in a personal chat on-line.

On the 4th day, you will receive a complete analysis of your case from me, a nutrition program and a program strategy designed especially for you for the next 10 weeks. I will surely provide a detailed explanation and clarification of all aspects of the program to you, so everything will be clear.

Thus, starting from the 4th day, we will start our usual routine. I will be fully guiding you in our chat: remind you to take a meal, comment on received photos of the food, provide recommendations and correct mistakes. I do it very quickly and usually clients do not have time to eat something "wrong and unhealthy". In addition, we will be working through all your issues, problems and excuses at the moment. In different situations, various aspects will kick in: control, motivation, coaching or guidance.

In addition, from the 4th day you will start receiving educational materials in text format. It is important for me that you receive and grasp all the necessary knowledge on nutrition and the processes occurring in the body and psyche. You must clearly understand: what you are doing, why you are doing it, why in a certain way and not in another one. All recommendations are purely scientific and based on the principles of evidence-based research.

Thus, from the 4th day I am always along with you: I will remind you, teach you, support you and answer any questions. The program does not take much time and does not affect your personal and work life / family responsibilities. Of course, it will require some extra time and efforts.

My goal for you to become a prepared person by the end of the program who can independently manage your weight in the future (reduce or maintain it without weight fluctuations) without nutritionists and fitness coaches.
Proper nutrition and the ability to stay in shape all the time is like riding a bicycle: if you learn once you will never forget for the rest of your life.
How It Works?
What I will be giving you in the program is not just a simple diet and some temporary tool to get in shape. This is a correct and healthy diet from the scientific point of view where all macronutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates) are present.

We do not exclude anything because in order to reduce the % of body fat one balance of macronutrients is needed and to maintain it - another. All this knowledge you will receive and apply in practice.
